We do not accept returns for misordered items, incorrect sizing, or for any reason other than a damage or defect to the item. We do not accept returns from your customers due to sizing or any other reason for non-damaged items.
We meticulously check every product before shipping to you or to your customer. However, occasionally, there may be an issue that slips through. If you or your customer receives a damaged item, please email us immediately at email@example.com regarding the damage. Please include the order number, order date, customer’s name, the product name and size, and a clear picture of the damage or defect on the item.
We will respond by the next business day to help you resolve the issue. Because of the high turn around and sell-outs in this business, we cannot guarantee an exchange for the damaged item. We will provide a return label to ship the defective item back to us. Please make sure to ship the damaged item back to us within 14 calendar days from receiving the return label. Once we receive the defective item, we will issue a refund or store credit for the amount spent on the product.
